Get ready to say goodbye to your lolis! A petition is going around the Japanese Diet that's trying to ban a large number of erotic games & anime hentai (& likely doujinshi as well), & the main part of the attack is on media that contains underage characters in sexual situations. Now depending on how specific they refer to underage girls remain to be seen. If this passes, surely you'll have to say goodbye to your Kodomo no Jikan doujin. But what about characters like Haruhi or Orihime, or Rei & Asuka, or Kallen from Code Geass? Technically all those characters are under the age of 18, but they're not viewed as lolis either. Do they still apply?
I'm probably getting too far ahead of myself at this point. There's no telling if this petition will even go all the way through or not. Besides, it's easy to lie about a character's age. Just stick an "all characters are over 18" warning on the cover, & no matter how young they might look, you're probably covered. At any rate, here's a translation of said petition:
A Petition for the Enactment of Regulation on the Manufacture and Sale of Bishojo Adult Anime Magazines, and Bishojo Adult Anime Simulation Games
Our towns overflow with adult anime magazines and games which often depict elementary school girls, and the minds of the youths who are seduced by these games are unwittingly destroyed; they lose their very humanity, there are already incidents of young maidens being plucked from the streets and murdered. Since it is plain that our society has now become one where young girls are placed in great peril, the issue of free expression is a thing of the past. To curb these profit seeking companies with no conception of social morals, to restrict the creation of products which place young girls in peril, there is a pressing need for penal regulations and the accompanying laws.
We wish to see enacted laws restricting the manufacture and sale of bishojo adult anime magazines, and bishojo adult anime simulation games.

Como q si lo pones en español seria mas facil comentarlo, pero creo q dice algo sobre los juegos e imagenes hentai q muestras chicas menores de edad verdad?? y q intenta prohibirlo?

Es acerca de una peticion en japon, de banear cualquier anime de contenido erotico donde se muestran personajes estilo Lolita o de menor edad.
Se hace una reflexion sobre animes conocidos como Evangelion, Asuka y Rei, Orihime de Bleach, etc, etc, todas son menores de edad.
Sin embargo, es una peticion que ni sikiera se sabe si sera aceptada, asi que es solo eso. Informacion sobre la peticion.
Ahora, en lo personal, no me gusta el Lolita, prefiero dibujo estilo Orihime por ejemplo. Asi que no me molestaria que dejaran de hacer animes estilo lolita. En fin, cada quien sus gustos, por algo existen esos animes :P

pero la verdad es que en japón es bastante dificil definir que es porno y que no lo es...

hahha es verdad la orihima chan no es nada lolita solo de nombre porke ese cuerpo no es de niña ni adolescente jajajja, pero creo q cada kien con sus gustos , yo tampoko soy de ver lo de lolita no me gusta pero lo de bleach y evangelion, no se me hace lolita o si ,ya toy confundido jajjaja pero hay algunos q si son exagerados q son practicamente niñitas y los muestran en pornografia eso si no veo ni loko
