I speak English, I live in England.
It might be a good idea to use a translator like babel fish. There are english based RPG websites out there, loads of them, but if you feel happier here then a translator website might be the answer.

Well, I mean, if you go to the site where the predominate language is obviously Spanish I don't know how much luck you'll have trying to find people who speak English at least actively... but I do...
