In order to help promote this week's release of the live-action spin-off movie L: change the worLd, Shonen Jump will be including a brand new one-shot chapter of Death Note in their next issue. The original Death Note manga came to an end in 2006, but this new 44-page new chapter from its original creators takes place after the end of the original story & focuses around a case of a new Kira. The issue is set to come out the same day as the film in Japan.
